Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items) and items from the Revolution Wear line. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the cases above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take some additional time to process and post the refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs Responsibility

We will be responsible for return and shipping costs if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects that prevent its proper use.

  • The product received is completely different from the one ordered.

  • The size sent does not match the size selected in the order.

  • The item arrives damaged.

The buyer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping costs if:

  • The product does not meet the customer’s expectations.

  • The selected size does not fit the customer’s body measurements.

  • The customer simply wishes to exchange the product or return it.
